This agreement

By creating an account or using Lucito, you accept these terms. You need to be at least 13. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

What Lucito is

Lucito turns your study material into a plan paced to your exam date, with lessons, flashcards, quizzes, timed tests, a Tutor and progress tracking.

Your account

One account per person. Use a real email address, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if someone else may have access. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.

What you upload

You keep all rights to your notes, files, photos and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Lucito for you, including sending them to our AI provider as the Privacy policy explains. Only upload material you have the right to use.

What the AI produces, and its limits

Lessons, cards, questions and Tutor replies are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts against your course material and instructors.

For exam study only. Lucito isn’t medical, legal or financial advice. Never use it to diagnose, treat or make decisions about real patients; follow your instructors and local protocols.

Study honestly. Don’t use Lucito to cheat on an exam or assessment.

Fair use

Don’t share or resell your access, upload illegal or infringing content, harass others, try to break or reverse-engineer the app, extract its models or prompts, or use bots and scripts against it. Daily AI limits keep the service reliable for everyone.

Subscriptions and payment

Lucito Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store: Monthly at US$12.99 per month, or Yearly at US$83.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Your local price is shown in the App Store before you buy.

Apple charges your Apple Account when the trial ends and at each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If prices change, Apple tells you before your next renewal.

What stays ours

The Lucito app, name, mascot, artwork and design belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while you follow these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Lucito running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. If we ever shut Lucito down, we’ll give you notice and time to stop your subscription.

Liability

Lucito is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Lucito and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we can.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Lucito after that means you accept the new terms.
